Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Wrightside Labs LLC (“we”, “us”) handles information in the apps we publish and on this website. We build small apps and try to collect as little as possible.

The short version

• We do not sell your personal information, and we do not show ads.
• Our apps do not require an account unless an app’s own listing says so.
• What you do in an app, such as your progress and settings, stays on your device unless the app clearly offers to sync or back it up.
• If you email us, we use your message only to reply.

Information our apps use

Each app uses only what it needs to work. Where an app needs a device permission, such as the microphone or speech recognition, it asks you first and uses that permission only for the feature you are using. You can turn a permission off at any time in your device’s settings.

Some features rely on services provided by your device’s operating system, for example Apple’s speech recognition. Those services are covered by the provider’s own privacy policy.

If a particular app collects anything beyond this, such as anonymous crash reports or usage statistics, its App Store privacy details will say so, and we will list it here.

Purchases and subscriptions

Purchases and subscriptions are handled by Apple through the App Store, or by Google through Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment details. We may receive limited information from the store, such as whether a subscription is active, so the app can unlock what you paid for.

This website

This website does not use cookies or tracking scripts. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, for security and reliability.

Children

Our apps are not designed to collect personal information from children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or under the equivalent age in your country. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

How long we keep information

Data stored on your device stays there until you delete the app or clear its data. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to help you.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Email us at hello@wrightsidelabs.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect any information we handle. No method of storing or sending data is completely secure, so we keep what we collect to a minimum.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above. If a change is significant, we will say so in the affected app or on this website.
